Refund & Return Policy

At Margaux Shapewear, every order is inspected before it ships. Because our garments are intimate, compression apparel, we apply the return conditions below for hygiene and safety reasons. Please read them carefully before ordering.

Full refunds

A full refund is issued only in the following cases:

• The item you received is defective (a genuine manufacturing fault).
• The item arrived damaged.
• The item is incorrect or missing from your order (you received the wrong product, wrong size shipped vs. what you ordered, or an item is absent from your parcel).

To be eligible, you must contact us at contact@margauxshapewear.com with your order number and clear photos showing the defect, the damage, or the incorrect/missing item. Once approved, we will replace the item or issue a full refund to your original payment method — at no cost to you. In these cases we cover all return shipping.

Wrong size or change of mind

Because our shapewear is worn directly against the skin, we cannot accept returns of worn, washed, or used items for hygiene reasons.

If the size does not fit or you change your mind, and the item is unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact, you may request:

• an exchange for a different size (subject to availability), or
• a return for refund of the product price (original and return shipping costs are non-refundable and paid by the customer).

Return shipping in these cases is the customer's responsibility, and we recommend a tracked service — we cannot process a refund for a parcel we do not receive.

Not eligible for refund or return

• Items that have been worn, washed, or used.
• Items returned without original tags or packaging.
• Returns sent back without prior authorization from our team.
• Final sale items (if any), which are marked as such at checkout.

How to start a request

1. Email contact@margauxshapewear.com with your order number and, for defect/damage/missing-item claims, photos.
2. Wait for our written approval and return instructions before sending anything back.
3. Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the funds.

Order cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only before they have shipped. Once an order is in transit, the return conditions above apply.
